Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and supporting photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
